Using Soundscapd: Soundscapd is a free service for logging, rating, and reviewing music. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account: you are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and do not impersonate someone else or use another person's account.

What you post: you own the reviews, lists, and other content you create. By posting it, you grant Soundscapd permission to store and display it on the site so the service can work. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

Acceptable use: do not use Soundscapd to harass others, post illegal or infringing material, send spam, impersonate anyone, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape the site. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.

Album data and cover art: album details and artwork come from the iTunes Search API, MusicBrainz, and the Cover Art Archive, and remain the property of their respective owners. If you own a copyright and believe material should be removed, email support@soundscapd.com and it will be taken down.

The service is provided as is: Soundscapd is offered free of charge, with no guarantee of availability or that it will be error-free. The site may change, pause, or shut down features at any time.

Ending your account: you can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Soundscapd may also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms: these terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use Soundscapd after a change means you accept the updated terms.
