The introduction of Swan Core to the general public. This was my first DGD record as a kid. I remember my older brother coming home late one night clearly intoxicated and taking me down to his room in the basement to show me this CD. The riffs, the vocals, the breakdowns, the feelings of confidence, melancholy, and longing layered throughout the record. It changed my perception of what the scene could offer during that time. Almost 20 years later and some still regard it as one of the best post hardcore albums of all time.
