I love songs like this that start slow, then build, and keep building, and you think it's done but then it just keeps ratcheting up the tension. There's a long build-up, but the climax is sublime.

Turbines/Pigs (Live at Bush Hall) 2023
I'm not as convinced as the rest of the fandom that this is a masterpiece. Still quite good, but I don't think the climax in the second half comes together as well as it could have. This is a prime example of what I reference in my review, where I think a full studio recording might have worked better.

This Wasn't Meant For You Anyway 2024
Excellent first half with a more forgettable second half ("Crush" excluded). But the first half has such excellent song writing, and Lola as a singer brings so much voice and personality to her vocals, that she's still one of the most exciting up and coming artists. High 7/10
